Kayden, Tisha, Maria, Brenda were the four staff members Handling the orders. At one point or another during either of the ordering or receiving my order process, I dealt with each of them. They Smiled, were polite, and eager to please. They worked through a very busy crowd and got the orders out in a very efficient manner. The food was a good quality for Airport food and the prices are decent.
Catching a 6am flight is never fun, so imagine how glad I was that they opened at 4am. The crew was ready to roll, friendly and efficient and got us cross-eyed early birds through the line as quickly as possible. Shout out to Vayla who very kindly helped me with an issue I was having w the ordering screen.
My Bagel was as ordered, fresh and hot, coffee just right. A godsend this early in the morning. Thank you ladies!

I go through concourse B in Tucson frequently and almost always stop at Bruegger’s. Today however I had one of the best experiences. I had a bit of problem with the order but Tatiana came and helped me with my order. She was kind, patient, smiling and took care of me. Thank you Tatiana, this is the best service I have ever received at this location. Bravo.
