We purchase a baker's dozen about every two weeks. They slice The bagels by hand not by slicing machine which doesn't do a very good job.

It's too bad that the pumpernickel bagels are inconsistent. Sometimes they look normal and sometimes they look like hockey pucks.

I go here on a regular basis. I almost always get the same thing just because I like it so much, and I am never disappointed. I have tried some other things, but it's funny because my friend who first took me there about 25 years ago suggested the sandwich that I get and said that once I got that one, that would be all I wanted. She was right LOL. Everything bagel, not toasted, ham cheddar lettuce mayonnaise tomato. 😋🤤🥯 SO good every single time. And everyone there...

My husband has gone here twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times I gotten everything bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. They literally spread the cream cheese on like it's butter. There's hardly anything on it. I let it go the first time but the second time I've decided I don't want to bagel. There's no cream cheese on it. I didn't say light on the cream cheese I said please put some cream cheese on it. Why are we paying this much for a bagel...
