Ive eaten here many times since its opened and the food is hands down some of the best BBQ ive had. My personal favorites are the Fried Rice bowl, Brisket Nachos, and of course the Dino Rib which is technically a meal for two. The service is great and the owner is on-hand making sure everything is to your liking. The one regret I have is having only one stomach to enjoy the food.
My My girlfriend and I stopped by BubbaQue today and both got the brisket sandwich. I got mine lean and she got hers the way it normally comes, and honestly, both were really good. The brisket was cooked perfectly and had a lot of flavor. I also got the mac and cheese and she had the fried pickles, and we both enjoyed everything.

My husband and I like to try new spots every Thursday for date night. This popped up, as a new spot. The beer was ice cold, food well prepared. We sat at the bar. We tried a little bit of everything, with left overs to take home. Sweet potato fries, Mac and cheese, brisket, ribs, sausage, and chicken fried rice with a fried egg on top. Delicious! Definitely recommended! Support local!!
