I got stabbed by a homeless guy you guys feed for free, and gave me crap for asking for a refund, only to get stabbed by the guy you advocated for, I’m glad y’all not there anymore

Most of the customer service was amazing, however one employee that was working the cash register and taking orders seem to be disgusted in his PAID duties/role in having to work at a fast food restaurant. Very rude to not just me but all the other customers.. and I would think being in a customer service atmosphere especially working at cash register a manager would expect him to have a certain level of respect for customers or just people in general! He seemed more entertained with the color of his hair and playing with split ends more than anything! Overall all the other workers were great and amazing except that one! Come on Burger King you could do better!!

This location is not temporarily closed. The place has been completely gutted. There is nothing in it. Even the counter has been partially removed. Most of the windows are boarded. There are for lease signs all over it. This location is gone forever. It is straight up shut down, gutted, and up for lease.

This would be my favorite place to get food if I had a hankering for junkies aggressively demanding cash, Twaked out homeless screaming obscenities, gang members slinging dope, the sight of needles and tin foil in the parking lot and surprising area, a permanent police presence in Walmart area as well as the Walmart patrons stealing stuff, a bunch of angry workers whether it's the drive thru or walking in, not being able to use be restroom, which may be a good thing all things considered because I wouldn't want to be witness to the almost certain overdose that would take place inside of it on any given day ending in a "Y". The food is garbage. Doesn't matter when you go, it's always been garbage. This place is a horror show. It's a spectacle of sadness. A true testament to the failures of Tucson. If you must have BK, pick literally any other one in this city and stay away from this intersection if you value your mental health and life. Though if you want to score, get in a fight, and eat bad food, by all means enjoy this pillar of human indecency.

Tuesday evening around 9pm. Drive through with only one car in front of me took more than 10 minutes just to order so I left. The employee was rude on top of making me wait for so long. The worst fast food experience by far, this location sucks. Will never go back here again.

Worst drive thru experience ever. Never even got to order because we waited so long just to do that. Drive thru wasn’t busy either. Will never go to this location again.
Not having a restroom is a big fu to customers. Won't be getting my buisness again. I'm not gonna stand in line for 20 minutes to ask for a code while holding my pee either.

Today I went to drive through and ordered 3 items. Lg root beer, fries and chicken nuggets. Total was $7.96. Later I check my account and they are trying to get $25.19. I went to the restaurant and gave them my information and receipt. This is after waiting 15 minutes in line and the guy and his kid walking out due to the wait. Two regular employees couldn't figure out what to do so the manager comes over. He then calls his manager. She said she wouldn't do anything and to wait and see what the bank debited. The service was terrible, the floors were dirty and service was horribly slow. Needlessly to say I'll NEVER go there again.
