Most of the customer service was amazing, however one employee that was working the cash register and taking orders seem to be disgusted in his PAID duties/role in having to work at a fast food restaurant. Very rude to not just me but all the other customers.. and I would think being in a customer service atmosphere especially working at cash register a manager would expect him to have a certain level of respect for customers or just people in general! The manager Yvette was great. Her customer service is impeccable. I had a issue with my order and she took care of me. No questions asked. She was fast and polite I really enjoyed her energy she made my negative experience into a positive experience within seconds of me talking to her.. her customer service and love for the customers is amazing, you don't see that too often, especially at fast food restaurants. We need more people like Yvette at that location. Man is she awesome.
