We loved this placed! Steaks were perfect! Service was awesome! If you’re looking for a Texas Roadhouse this is not it. This is a small business that is definitely worth trying!!!! We will absolutely be going back. We don’t have places close to us to “go out” to and have to drive 45 minutes +. Would rather go here than drive into town to a chain!

First time here after a few times passing by and finally decided to check it out. Took my wife out for a steak dinner for our anniversary and I have to say the food was really good but the service was even better. Our server Katie was awesome! And so was the staff. We will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu.

We ate at Cadillac Chaparral last evening. I believe there were 16 of us. Great time,great food and great service. Only one thing the beans could have been hoter. But the ribs were fantastic.
