Crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, it’s some of the best I’ve had. The mix of sweet donuts and savory fried chicken is a combination that simply shouldn’t be missed.

A truly genuine and welcoming person who clearly cares about every customer who walks through the door. “What a wicked good place to try in downtown Tucson! We came down for the El Tour de Tucson event and stayed for a bit.

This was one of the options that included vegan food, not just drink. I was able to meet up with an old co-worker as it was her local recommendation for a coffee stop.

I tried an oat milk latte with cinnamon steamed in. The coffee was hot, tasted great and had enough cinnamon to taste and not be overpowered.

Because so few places have baked vegan goods, I tried an orange olive oil baby Bundt cake. MMMM it was delicious! Light and fluffy. The orange came through well. Slightly sweet but not overly so. The olive oil kept the cake moist.

The service was good and they have a good gift shop area with local crafts. Well made and visually appealing for everything.

The cafe itself was super clean: the staff kept up on the cleaning as customers came and went. It made for an overall great experience and worth recommending!“

“Wonderful place! Food is all home made and excellent though a bit pricey. Ambience is a bit loud, but the historical significance and charm outweighs all this. Best country fried tofu sandwich ever! Hard to find good vegetarian options with this much flavor. Friendly and quick service and staff. Great for a stroll down town to for Dillinger Days!! One of my favorite spots to brunch or dinner before a show downtown.“

“I’ve lived in Tucson for a few years now, and every time I have visitors I try to bring them here. First off, the space is whimsical and inviting, with fluffy clouds hanging above and an earthy green-blue all around. The display case of truffles, pastries, and ice cream is like something out of a movie. The chocolate itself is complex and balanced. The packaging itself is art. I particularly enjoy the mesquite white chocolate, the hot chocolate, and any of their truffles. They also have a lovely market stocked with local goods and gifts. The last time I was in there, the person at the counter offered recommendations, asked about my favorite flavors, smiled, waited patiently while I took forever to make my selections, and offered samples! The closest thing to perfect customer service (and genuine kindness) you’ll find.

I find myself having to comment on pricing too often in reviews, mostly in response to others’ low reviews based solely on pricing. To be blunt, costs are high because of failed international economic policy first and foremost. If you’re reading this and cost (as opposed to quality, flavor, experience, or anything else) is of utmost concern to you when deciding where to buy chocolate (or any food, for that matter), this might not be the place for you. If you’re willing and able to spend your money on local, quality goods that go the extra mile (and support our local economy) this spot won’t disappoint!“

“🐖Reviewing The Oink Cafe Tucson 🐖 🐖Rating: 5 out of 5 🐖Address: 7131 E Broadway Blvd 🐖Hours: Everyday 7am-2pm 🐖Happy Hour: Mon-Fri: 7-10am ($5 mimosas, bloody marys, specialty drinks, and draft beers.) Also, $2 off flights. 🐖Number of people eating: 2 adults and 2 children. 🐖Atmosphere: Very clean inside and inviting, wasn’t busy at all for 12:30, few families eating. Music they had playing was at a comfortable volume. It was relaxing and AC worked well so it wasn’t hot inside at all. They have a nice seating area outside as well if you choose. 😁 🐖Staff: Got greeted right away, seated quickly, our waitress was Ciarra and she was absolutely lovely and checked on us frequently and was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. There was 2 other guys working and they were very friendly and nice as well. Even had couple small conversations with them as well. 🙌🏼 🐖Food: 1. Carne Asada Benedict: Little spice to it, perfect eggs on top, very very delicious! 😋 Fries were fresh and hot and the ranch was very good with it! 🥩🥚 2. Waffle with toast: Very tasty, waffle was nice and airy with a little crunch to it. Kiddo loved it and ate all her food which is rare 🧇 3. Veggie Omelet: Added mushrooms to it. Was tasty but needed salt, overall very tasty. The biscuit was fluffy and tasted really yummy! The hasbrowns were so-so. 🍳 4. “Probably one of the better study areas/cafes on campus. The food selection is different than most of the venues, which is reason enough to visit, but they sometimes run out before the end of the day. Seating is ample and comfortable. Lighting is bright, and the room itself is open even after the cafe closes, which is a bonus. It's also very close to a parking garage, which is an advantage since that garage is where the off-campus housing buses drop off/pick up.“

The space and menu are beautifully inspired by Persian flavors, and they offer a great variety of vegan and dietary-friendly options. I had the pistachio cold coffee (incredible!), and the owner suggested oat milk instead of almond—it was the perfect choice. I paired it with a pistachio cookie, and honestly, it was an unbeatable combo. If you’re anywhere near Tucson, this spot is a must. “Great value, $24 for adults all you can eat buffet ($12 for kids). It has a made-to-order omelette bar, all kinds of great options including pozole. Yogurt parfait and berry station, even had w custom juices (a green one and orange/cantaloupe one). Honestly a lot better than I would have expected.
Our server was awesome about being mindful of budget and told us some hacks on the menu. We felt like family, excellent dining experience! Gino took great care of us… we’ll be back 🙂“

This Flin is wonderful for people with pets, with a convenient dog park and plenty of places to take a walk right outside the community the doors. The features that stand out to me in the apartment are the full size washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, the neutral flooring, and big windows. I enjoy living here and it’s a fantastic addition to downtown.“
