1) To walk into a Cafe and be greeted warmly is a breath of fresh air! Cheyenne is a gem! Her genuineness and happiness is contagious.
2) The atmosphere is welcoming. The music is just right.
3) The chai latte is the best I've ever had.
4) They were extremely generous with giving me samples (I don't even like dark chocolate but I will be buying some today!)
Please don't drive by and say one day I'll stop in.

We had a burrito and it was delicious! Our coffee and tea were great as well. The blueberry muffin was nice and toasty on the outside and moist on the inside. We loved the environment of the café. Will definitely be back to taste the rest of the delicious pastries and other food options.“

“First things first, Konni is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever get to meet, and she’s always there to greet you when you walk in. You can tell that she loves what she does and that she genuinely wants everyone who walks through those red doors to have a wonderful experience there. The food? Incredible. And there’s such a variety in what you can order to eat, so it’s great for going out to lunch with a group! A majority of the food is made from scratch, and you can taste the difference. Nothing perks up your workday like some good home cooking, and they have it in droves. ALSO- PSA to the Disabled Community!!!! I can personally attest to the fact that they are super accessible for wheelchair users and service dog teams. And they will go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and have all the accommodations you need. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is- between the food, the staff, and the atmosphere, it’s definitely going to be my new favorite lunch hang out!“

“This felt like more than just a coffee stop. The owner is so kind and uplifting which was a good start to the morning. Ube is my favorite flavor and she nailed it. She bakes the Ube cookies fresh so I'd suggest getting there early to snag one. I also had a hot Une later, it was wonderful.

“This is our 2nd time here. We were greeted by a sweet hostess, who showed us to our seats. Our server was hospitable, helpful, and knowledgeable. We both had the barbecue pork ribs with a skillet macaroni and cheese, and a side of coleslaw. We enjoyed all of it. We highly recommend this place and we will be back again.“

“Food and drink is great ! Customer service lady was kind. I paid for my drink, a friends and a food item. Total was $19. My friends drink was strong and the worker asked how she could fix it . I left the store after eating and it was SO hot outside I went back into the store to ask for cup of water, she was washing dishes and stopped to give me water. Didnt seem bothered. I appreciated her kindness. The atmosphere is calming and is a total vibe ! I would come back.“

“Probably one of the better study areas/cafes on campus. The food selection is different than most of the venues, which is reason enough to visit, but they sometimes run out before the end of the day. Seating is ample and comfortable. Lighting is bright, and the room itself is open even after the cafe closes, which is a bonus. It's also very close to a parking garage, which is an advantage since that garage is where the off-campus housing buses drop off/pick up.“

“We had a great server and I wish I remembered his name but he was an older gentleman and was quick with a joke and easy to talk to. Our drink were fast and our burrito was great. I saw some breakfast potato’s and within a couple of minutes he had them to us. Would eat here even if we were not staying on the property solely off our server interaction.“

“Bread-and-Butter Cafe is great. I've been going there for a few years now and it's amazing I had even though I like my eggs over medium never and my eggs over cooked. They have generous portions, and their pies are a must. Your feelings are excellent and there's just the right amount of crust, too many restaurants I noted in Tucson it crushed his way too thick. The staff is friendly, fast, and inviting. Even those bus tables keep an eye and make sure customers don't need anything. Is a prime example why people should go to local restaurants and not chain restaurants that seems to be so impersonal nowadays.“

“There are so many great reasons I love living at The Flin - the location, the staff, the elegance. This Flin is wonderful for people with pets, with a convenient dog park and plenty of places to take a walk right outside the community the doors. The features that stand out to me in the apartment are the full size washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, the neutral flooring, and big windows. I enjoy living here and it’s a fantastic addition to downtown.“
