I'm giving Cal's 3 stars because:
1. It's 11:30 on a Saturday and you run out of pastries. You close at 1:30, come on guys. You've got to plan a little better.
2. Your service is shit sometimes. You need better customer service training or maybe you just need nicer people working in your establishment.

My wife and I stopped in from out of town just before they close and they were all out of pastries. A very nice person shared two of theirs with us. Much appreciated human kindness. We came back the next morning to get some more.

I went with the Maple Glazed Cronut and it was amazing. They somehow managed to take everything I love about a croissant, perfectly crispy yet soft and flaky layers, and turn it into this incredible doughnut situation. The maple glaze on top was the perfect finishing touch and made the whole thing feel extra indulgent.
