In this case it was fantastic, I was grateful for the service provided by a worker named Hanna, she really made sure that I was all taken care of. She kindly and efficiently made sure my order was correct and given in a timely manner. Her energy was what gave me a good experience she smiled every time she spoke with me and really made the difference in my bad day that I had. “Update to 5 stars. They prepare the food quickly and accurately. The staff is still friendly. The quality of food quality has also improved over the years.
I like the convenience of where this Carl’s Jr. is located, however it is very slow at preparing the food. I give it 4 stars because even though it’s slow, my food is always correct and the staff are always friendly.“

“I Love how they have the smart technology to order at the drive-thru. It's like a Siri or Google assistant but for ordering food. It's quick and easy and if u have any questions, then a worker will help other than that it's super easy to order and quick to be in and out. The food is ALWAYS Hot and delicious.“
“Lorena went above and beyond when I couldn’t get through to the Rita Ranch location. They had left out part of my order and she contacted the manager there and was absolutely amazing! I appreciate her doing this especially during lunch hours“

Unfortunately, there are quite a lot of homeless people in the area. I've been approached in the parking lot many times while entering the establishment.“
