Worst Carl's Jr. in Tucson- Believe me I've given them many chances. But consistently the burgers are always old and ugly, the patties are like hockey pucks. And the fries are always cold and look smashed for some reason. You can call to complain but no one ever answers the phone. The customer service is horrible. I will never go back
The hamburgers.i got were fantastic but they forgot to give me my.french fries. Idk what the deal is but the last 3 times I've been to carls jr, 2 different locations, once threw postmates, each time they have forgotten an order of my French fries. The 1st time they accidentally gave me onion rings instead of fries, which I wanted onion rings AND fries, the 2nd time they forgot.and order of.large.fries and the 3red rime., threw postmates they also forgot the small fries
