My aunt and I walked into the restaurant to use the bathroom since we were attending the Gem festival. As soon as we walked in the security guard rudely blocked our path and demanded we show a receipt to use the bathroom. So I went and stood in line to buy something so we could use the bathroom. Worst service ever! I gone on several different occasions and they Always get my order wrong. I'm allergic to dairy so I always tell them No cheese and No mayo. What do I always get? Cheese and Mayo! It's really not that hard to follow simple directions. Also the staff is really rude. They never apologize for their mistakes and instead just give me attitude back. On two separate occasions they have slammed the drive through window on my face. Horrible service and Horrible people!...read full review
