We have been curious about this place for awhile and decided to stop in. We were glad we did. I tried the carne asada burro and my wife had the birra caramelo which she let me sample. The burro was huge and had a nice flavor. I added their housemate jalapeño salsa which had a nice Smokey flavor. My wife’s caramelo was very yummy. The birra was tender and very flavorful. My husband and I just tried El Semental and we were so happy that we decided to drop in! It was some of the most tender carnitas and flavorful birria we've had. They offer a great variety of dried peppers, cuts of meat, and any of the accoutrements you might want to add to them to make an authentic Mexican meal. Definitely drop in if you're in the neighborhood!
