I'm from out of town so I needed to come here to get on a Zoom meeting. I was astonished to see a batch coffee drip at $5.25 before tax! I know inflation and all, but holy cow that's insane! Then, I found that the wifi was so slow I couldn't even log into my own email, let alone Zoom. I consider the wifi part of service -- the staff were fine, no issues.
I don't give this review lightly; I really love Cartel for their coffee and vibe. Really wonderful employees and an atmosphere that can facilitate both studying and / or conversation. I buy the large 48 Blend bag for our Espresso machine at work, and it makes for a much better day! Don't go if you're in a big hurry, good things take time! You'll be rewarded with an amazing coffee drink. Their Mocha is my goto - hot, whole milk, it's wonderfully different...
Best coffee we had in Tucson. I’m not typically a fan of house blend coffee, but their house blend (forty-eight) cold brew was outstanding. Also, pro for free coffee with purchase of beans!
