Ordered lasagna, scampi, caruso special pizza, meatballs, alfredo and spumoni. The food was very mediocre. Pizza was equal to digornio. The Alfredo was just cream no cheese at all. The meatballs were very good, lasagna was good. The scampi was the worst I've ever had, sauce was thin watery not much flavor. The spumoni was very good. Atmosphere is 10/10, the back yard is super pretty, service is good too. Overall food wise, olive garden is better not gonna lie.

Place has been a fixture of Downtown Tucson for decades and its street sign is truly a relic of a bygone era. They have outlasted many other Italian restaurants in The Old Pueblo and for good reason, all of their authentic fare is near perfection and the design on the interior is truly unique and welcoming. Definitely recommend Caruso''s to any visitors that you know!
