This location stole nearly $80 from me. Not only did they give my online order away to someone else, they refused to remake it. The smugness of the employees was unreal!After seeing three roaches scurry by in 20 minutes, perhaps they did me a favor?
I used to like this location and their food is good it’s the customer service that has sucked worse lately. I got in line and ordered and mentioned to cashier I forgot to get Buffalo sauce, cashier says no issue just let them know and they will give me one. I went to the end and the manager/supervisor with the space buns argued and said I had to pay 60 cents and she would not allow me to get one regardless the cashier saying it was fine. The cashier had to hold up the entire line because she would not give me Buffalo sauce unless I paid 60 cents. Not once do they tell you this at all while ordering initially and we used to get sauce no problem. The cashiers you can tell were irritated with this process because it created more hassle than not. I think it’s better to go to another sandwich shop I won’t have this issue with and that won’t complain for me to pay 60 cents.

Ordered 2 Bacon 3 cheese subs. Was basically forced by their system to tip. Okay, I tip. After our sandwiches are done, they tell me they are out of bacon. I ask for more steak instead, and am informed that I have to pay for that. I already paid for bacon, without it it is basically a Philly cheese, which costs less than I paid. Glad I tipped before I got the terrible service, I will not be back here, which is too bad, I really like the food.

I've ordered via Uber a time or two. I get the Philly cheesesteak and mozzarella sticks. The sandwich has been hit or miss. It was really good the first time, a mess the second. The mozzarella sticks were barely warm...but were wrapped in foil, so it says to me they were old. I like the pickles on the sammich and that it comes with lettuce and tomato. I think if the mozzarella sticks were hot, I could do four stars. The sandwich is worth a repeat visit when the craving hits, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

Surprisingly fast service with a friendly smile. I had a regular cheesesteak, which tasted great. Good preparers in the back made sure that my cheesesteak was done the way I liked it....I'll be back again.

We walked up to your counter at 6:45pm and the person working orders said they were only serving drinks. I asked when they closed and they told me 6:30. Your website says 7:00 pm so I’m not sure which one is accurate. If it’s 7:00 your employees are closing early.
