Charleys Cheesesteaks serves good food, including their Philly cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks, and boneless buffalo wings. Many customers have praised the caring and kind employees, highlighting their helpfulness, especially for first-time visitors. The boneless buffalo wings are noted for being crispy and fresh, with the sauce served neatly. However, there have been reports of inconsistent quality, as one customer mentioned a disappointing experience with the California chicken, which did not meet their expectations. They noted that the sandwich looked and tasted different, with cold bread and unmelted cheese. While some customers have received friendly and fast service, others have experienced issues with their orders. Overall, Charleys Cheesesteaks has potential, but may need to improve their consistency and customer service.
