I LOVE their prezel bites with salt.But when you order online, you don't have the option to add salt.I would order for my office more often if this was fixed. Or at least answer the phone, so I can request salt for my order.
While these pretzels were fresh doughy goodness, I have an issue with price discrepancy upon checkout. I ate here two days in a row. The first time I bought two identical meals. The pretzel bitz, dip, and a drink times two with added tip. Somehow, this all came to 28.00 plus change! Then, the next day I bought pretzel bitz, dip and small drink. This came to 12.03. I have purchased pretzels here twice. Both times the young people who waited on me were competent and pleasant. I also saw an older gentleman training them both times! It's nice to be waited on kids who aren't rude or sullen. Good job!
