“The best pretzels I've ever had. I live in NJ now :( so I can't ever have these delicious pretzels anymore. I just ate Auntie Annes pretzels and they suck (salty, burnt, dry, the cheese was hard). SO I came here to tell you THAT THIS PLACE has the best pretzels I've ever had and I miss them.“

“just to inform muslim sisters and brothers these places use the same brush to put butter pork ingredients with the rest of the pretzels everywhere. mashallahh the young lady is educated and let me know beforehand and she offered fresh safe pretzels for me to eat. i was impressed she said she is not muslim so this showed they care for customers like me. places that are not halal usually dont show this kind of treatment towards me as muslim population is not alot here and were often brushed aside and dont let us know about food risks. i dont see this service alot sadly. i thought this place wouldnt be a problem but i never thought about the contamination of pork. alhamdulillah this girl was very educated kind and attentive thank you so much i was very happy with this service .“

“I have purchased pretzels here twice. Both times the young people who waited on me were competent and pleasant. I also saw an older gentleman training them both times! It's nice to be waited on kids who aren't rude or sullen. Good job!“

“Look the prices I get the mall is gouging all these places in here so they have no choice to overcharge that’s why this really is not an outlet mall anymore. The food is good for what you get but the prices could be better yes but the employees don’t make them. The staff are all amazing and everything was fresh. And please, the owner of this location or whoever in the corporate headquarters. Do not blame this review on the employees this is a corporate or an owner’s responsibility.“
