The pretzels are good! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, but the prices are TERRIBLE!!!! $6 for a pretzel and some cheese sauce? Wow! I won't be back, even though I did enjoy the pretzel-the value for the money is more than not worth it. I do not like that they charge extra for sauce! That should be given when you buy a pretzel for $4.99, cheese sauce comes with it-but it doesn't and in fact it's $1.50 more. Total rip off, great product, but they will rob you!
Really disappointed when I went to get my Pepsi and Prezel today like I always do, I had exact change because I go there 4 times a week and she wouldn't give me the mall employee discount because I didn't have my badge on. Your Competitors did. Guess I will be going there from now on.

This place has the best pretzels. Plus the manager has done a really great job with the staff and they always know the best deals and how to upsell. Everytime I go they get me to get something I didn't know I wanted lol! They pretzels are also really filling and fresh so the price is worth it!!!
