I’m suing, food was so dang good I bit my tongue and it still hurtin
Karla did an absolute amazing job with her customer skills. Her boss did as well. I did not catch his name. He probably told me his name, but I forgot but both of them had a great customer service. I haven’t been greeted like this in a while at panda on Oracle and today I was craving some panda and I’m glad I came by because the customer service was fantastic. Please keep it up. It felt wonderful being greeted.

Panda Express at Tucson Mall offers quick and convenient dining. The orange chicken bowl with fried rice is a popular choice, though some found the chicken slightly tough. The portion sizes are generous, filling up customers quickly. The drive-thru service might have some hiccups, like receiving the wrong drink. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the experience pleasant overall. The restaurant has easy wheelchair accessibility and a decent parking space available. If you're looking for a fast and satisfying meal, Panda Express is a good option.
