“I felt like there was something missing to give them 5 stars but I didn’t feel like 4 stars was right..

Anyway, my first time trying their new cooper cheesesteak from the promotion and I’m happy I chose to go! I paid $4.99 for a drink and chips and the sandwich was free! Definitely an exceptional cheesesteak! It’s up there with Frankie’s. But what got me was how great the customer service was. These days it’s hard to get a thank you have a good day. There were only 2 people working today and they went above and beyond! I didn’t catch their names but it was a man and a woman working and they were friendly and did their job well! I felt like I was at chic fil a. The lady working took a balloon decoration off of their display and gave it to a little boy that was eating in the restaurant. It was a cute moment and put a smile on all of our faces. You can’t teach that. She is just a great person and has great character. We need more people like them two in our society. Thank you capriottis I will be back! 10/10 for me.“

“Bought the original Philly Cheesesteak (regular size) and all the toppings (plus jalapeños). Good size for one person. Added the ultimate gourmet fries (bacon, cheese and ranch). The fries were a little undercooked but everything else was good. I’d probably just get regular fries next time or none at all. Ordered a water cup and it’s a super small styrofoam cup. This is in a mall food court, so the atmosphere was so/so. Lots of obnoxiously loud teenagers but whatever. Lastly, the condiments area was a mess and needed to be cleaned up.“

“My first time trying Charley's. The friendly cashier Lacosta made me feel very welcome and heard. I ordered a chicken teriyaki cheeststeak, a Philly cheeststeak, and 6 piece garlic parm boneless wings. They tasted good, not amazing, but good enough.

Only thing is I wish I ate my cheesesteak sooner because it got soggy pretty quickly. Also, they charge extra for ranch. Not a fan of that.

Place is clean and fun to look at the wallpaper and sit on their fancy chair.“
