First time eating here and I was blown away by the entire experience. From the staff to the atmosphere and most importantly the FOOD.... EVERYTHING was ON POINT. This may very well be my new favorite steak house. If you haven't been here it's a must try. You will not be disappointed.
Charro Steak downtown is easily one of my top five places to eat in Tucson. Ashton was our server, and the service was truly five-star from the moment we were seated. Everyone who interacted with us was friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Staff checked in throughout our meal to make sure everything was going well and that we didn’t have any questions or concerns. As we were leaving, multiple team members thanked us for coming in, which was a really nice touch.

We have had dinner at this restaurant several times while in Tucson. However, I had to complete a review for our visit today (8-21-26). We had the high honor of having Jesus as our server. The level of service that he provided was unmatched! His attentiveness, communication, and personality was so warm and welcoming. Although he had several tables we felt like we were his only table! Any time we come back, I will ask for Jesus!
