The atmosphere is friendly and quiet. Their food is DELICIOUS! It's one of my favorite restaurants! I don't have to cook for two days because their servings are quite large. The staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!

So I walked into a half empty restaurant and am told that I will need to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated. There are at least 20 open tables. One couple who came in after me just walked out is disgust. The guy was looking at all the empty tables like I was. This makes no sense as to why there is a wait. Then you have these three “greeters” at the front who are staring at the seating screen like they are trying to solve the three body problem. Wow! This can’t be that difficult. Bless their hearts. Y’all need to do better.

Considered AZDL ID to be fake although it was real and refused military ID. I gave no back talk and wasn't rude. The manager who refused ID wouldnt come to the table or say why they thought it was fake- they just wanted me to leave.

I've been going to Cheddar's since I moved to Tucson in 2019. I have never had a bad experience there..... until last week.The food was delicious, but my server made for an awful evening. I ordered my drink right away, and when he brought the dinner roll he asked if I wanted something to drink. I reminded him and off he went... supposedly to get the drink.Ten minutes later he appeared with it, took my order and left the empty dish from the roll on the table.Dinner arrived, the original dirty dish was left behind and I didn't see him again until I was eating the last bite.He wanted to cash me out, but I asked to order dessert. He added it to my ticket at the machine on the table.He took the order, leaving both dirty dishes from the roll & the entree.He came back a few minutes later, refilled my tea & said they were out of the dessert I had asked for.Then off he went, still leaving my all my dirty dishes. He forgot to mention if the dessert had been removed from my ticket. (I didn't want to pay my bill until I knew).So I had set the light on the machine so that my server could come back. After about 10 minutes, a different server offered to help.Not a great experience!

A fantastic server! The food was not what I was expecting it to be because I was basing it off of childhood memories. It was good for sure but just not exactly what I was looking for.Aside from that our server, Yatzity(?)was fantastic I would say she's above par!

The fish is fantastic. My kids love the chicken tenders, Monty Christo, and the steak is decent. The service however is hit or miss and the hostess on our last visit was incredibly impolite. Overall I would recommend .
