“Had amazing experience here with my family tonight! Food was out super fast, the owner Sunny had tons of great recommendations and suggestions from the menu. I was skeptical at first about the nest basket only having two tenders, but when they arrived at the table they were HUGE. The Tikka masala mac n cheese was also great sized portions for the price and the flavor was amazing. The fries were super crisp, not a single soggy fry in the basket! Definitely coming back here again and again!!“

“Today is the first time for me to try Dave’s hot chicken, I have always been skeptical of it from the advertisement, however, I had a long shift at work and wanted to try something new.

Upon walking in Kayla(kim) I don’t remember her name precisely, but the ticket read Kayla.

She knew exactly why I wanted, she was friendly, and very helpful when I felt overwhelmed by the menu and new options I had never seen before. She is literally working the counter by herself for lunch rush. If that is not star behavior, I don’t know what is.

The specific location is now marked on my favorite spot on the east side of Tucson, I’ll be sure to come back even if it’s just for the chicken and host of having more people like her. 🥰“

“My family and I came to Chick Fil A for lunch. We were informed that their system was down and unable to process credit cards. You could pay via the app or order from your phone. I opted to order on my phone. As I was trying to pay, the app would not process my payment. I then stood in line to see what could be done. After exiting and going back into the app, the cashier was able to pull up my order and proceed to comp my entire families meal since it was not working. Thank you Ina Chick Fil A!“

“I had the shrimp and steak fingers. It all tasted very good to . I also left my cellphone their by mistake and they were closed already. I went back the following morning when they were open. They had my phone with no problems. Now that's what I clall world class customer service!

“I love Raising Cane's! Always delicious delicious and more than enough to fill me up. Todd Graves had a brilliant idea when he started, and it only gets better. It's clean and the staff are always friendly.
Handicapped parking and wheelchair accessible, including the restrooms.
Highly recommend.“

“Love raising canes always a family favorite even though my husband doesn’t like the fact there’s not bbq sauce 😂 still a top place for us to go. Food is good locations pretty busy all the time inside but service is also fast took no more then 5-7 minutes for our 3 combos to come out“

“It does take a while to get your food, but it is well worth the wait, delicious! The chicken enchiladas were fantastic, and the red sauce actually has a great flavor, which I have found to be a rarity. I finally I know a place where I can get great with a good red sauce, thank you!“

“Just went thru the drive thru and the girl who took our order Katie had the absolute by far best customer service skills that I have ever seen in the fast food industry. .... and I am not easy to please ... bad customer service is my biggest pet peeve! “At this location to my amazement was very clean, this location has been around for many years I never wanted to stop by for fear that it would be very greasy and dirty like most locations that sell chicken. but the crew was amazing they were quick efficient and very very clean which I appreciate, so hats off too them all. I did not catch any names but they were very hard workers. and the food was cooked correctly very good 👍 I ordered a large family feast and they got everything right. Of course in this times prices are a little high but when you're in a hurry and you need quick food it was worth it when they get your order correct. The atmosphere from the crew was very good they were upbeat and ready to work they did not shy behind their counters again a good quality and because of their efficiency your wait time was very very minimal..“

“If you are from East Coast. This place reminds me of Royal Farms only without the Nacho cheese. I loved it. The servers were welcoming and helpful. It's kinda out of place on this side of town. They should open one by Davis Monthon it would be comfort food.“

“I have been catering from El Pollo Loco for several years. It's our favorite restaurant to get food for our business gatherings and celebrations. This last time they forgot to pack the tortillas and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from the manager apologizing for the mishap and offering to make things right. I respect that and thought it showed great customer service and how important their clients are to them. The food is consistently amazing, very tasty and the quality of everything we have ordered is great. If you need to cater, it's easy to order online and they have a loyalty program in which you acquire points that you can trade in for food. Overall 5 STARS!!!“
