El Pollo Loco is a fantastic spot for delicious, healthy fast food. The staff, like Yamileth and Inez, provide outstanding service and help customers choose from a great menu. The chicken is always perfectly cooked and tender, especially the dark meat on the bone. The restaurant is clean, well-priced, and the sides are also great. While there were some issues with smokiness in the past, it seems like they have been resolved. Overall, El Pollo Loco is a must-visit for tasty meals and excellent service.
