I was surprised by how delicious their food was. I never had a chicken Taco before and I was pleasantly surprised! They weren't greasy but still crunchy. The only thing I think can be improved on is the amount of chicken inside. And the missing cheese. But that's all. Even the prices weren't gouging the pockets. Yes, I happily recommended El Pollo Loco for any meal you need. Thank you very much 👍

FINALLY! This EPL has gone back to the individual cups for the pinto beans. Serving the scalding hot beans/liquid in those flimsy plastic containers was a bad burn waiting to happen (my guess is it did happen). Now, the individual cups are back. Hooray! No more chicken sitting in bean soup. No more hot liquid in the bottom of a plastic bag that leaks. This is a very welcome, smart move on the part of this EPL location. Thank you!

Walked in and order a chicken bowl, a 3 chicken meal and finally for me 4 chicken tacos. Everyone was very happy with their tasty meals, but my tacos were a miss. The meat tasted great but the amount in them was so sad. I will include a picture of that Taco. I had to pay more because I wanted the flour tortillas but think that I had like 5 little pieces of chicken, 3 pieces of lettuce and two very small pieces of avocado for $ 3.90, I had to put the chicken of two tacos in one...
