Solid Five stars. The Five Guys on Broadway have it together. Their manager especially. I was watching the process as they have an open kitchen and assembly area. Their manager was watching things and her eyes hardly ever left the grill. Maybe a new cook I don't know but I watched as the cook put a buger onto a bun and the manager stopped her and showed her that the middle was not done yet . By pushing the meat she could tell. Favorite high end burger place. Some things do need to be fixed. Food orders that are scheduled for pickup should be pretty much by the time you arrive though I always end up waiting close to 10 minutes when I get there. The burgers are always delicious and I love adding on all the different toppings which you can do for free and the Cajun fries are my favorite! Shakes are good but would appreciate a more frozen thick shake. Enjoy the salted caramel flavor.
