Once upon a time we used to love dining here, unfortunately over time Chipotle has transferred into an epic failure in the foot traffic food arena.
Aggressive efforts at portion control, sub-standard inferior ingredients and pathetic service have all morphed into one at this address.
The food simply isn't of the same standards it once was when it debuted, the service isn't their best effort and it shows.
My money spends anywhere and while this once was the happening place, it's now an overpriced, under performing disappointing mirage of what it once was.
I've surrendered and have simply moved on.
Save yourself the monumental disappointment and skip this former giant, it's best days are clearly in the rearview mirror.
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was completely inattentive and with an attitude that gave the impression that they were doing us a favor instead of providing the service we were paying for. The staff showed little interest in serving us, with annoyed gestures and curt responses.
Furthermore, the food was disappointing: the portions were extremely small, far from what one would expect for the price you charge. To top it all off, the fresh water had virtually no flavor; it was more like colored water.
I find it unacceptable to receive such poor service. I hope this complaint is taken into account and that you work to improve both the staff's attitude and the quality and quantity of the food. An experience like this does not make me want to return or recommend your establishment.
Food is good
Literally paid $15 for it to not even be filled and the meat is undercooked
Wow, not a good Chipotle location for service. This is the second time I've gone to get food and had to leave with nothing to eat. The first time no one helped anyone in the line for 10+ minutes, so I had no idea when they were actually going to serve people and left. This time I went in for a salad, where she put in 5 pieces of lettuce and then told me there was no fajita mix left when I requested it. It was only 9:15 and they close at 11, so it seems strange they would be entirely out of a main ingredient in their dishes. I've worked in the service industry for years, so I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after two stikes I'd say if you actually want to be able to get food I wouldn't come here.
They gave my order to someone else and made me go back around in the drive through while they attended to other cars who were behind me. In the end, I got two orders for one so I guess that helped somewhat.
It's a bit pricey as all Chipotles are but they are almost always good I don't think I've ever had anything there I don't like.
$11 for the smallest burrito I’ve ever got from here. Rip off, go to illegal Pete’s if you want a better sized burrito for less

Super rude. Always out of something and not willing to make it. No white rice? Really bro? U of A area on a Friday night and you out of white rice?

This location gives inconsistent portions. To start, the lady taking my order looked pissed and mumbled while taking my order. She dumped a massive scoop of rice in my bowl and gave me a tiny little scoop beans in a line right down the middle of it. When it came to meat they were out of everything but chicken and shredded brisket. She gave me a microscopic scoop of chicken, I counted only 7 cubes. The guy in line behind me got a different employee and I watched him get a full scoop of chicken and his bowl was filled above the brim while mine was barely halfway. There were also a few other issues; they were out of forks and knives and parking situation was a disaster. I was forced to park at the cold stone and walk over. The food at this location is tasty but lacking in quantity. I can confidently say this was the smallest portion I’ve ever got at a chipotle.
Parking: 8 spots in total and they were completely full.

Not busy at all inside, yet kept drive through waiting without a single car moving for 20 minutes, all the while my order is sitting inside.
