I ordered from the chipotle app to deliver cause I’ve been sick and can’t go out, this is the $30 bowl they sent me. They’re usually decent with portions when they deliver but this was insulting given I paid extra for extra protein and extra rice.

Please train your staff to develop better communication skills, I got overcharged for my order because they gave me “Large Chips/Guacamole” instead of normal “Chips/Guacamole” … I literally NEVER said the word “Large” so why the heck am I paying 8.20 for something listed as less than 5 bucks on the menu? Also why do I have to ask for chips when I get to the register? Are you seriously telling me I can’t just order Chips/Guacamole and receive it? It’s as if this particular Chipotle is ran by sheep.

Okay so I’m lowkey a chipotle addict at this point LMAO I get it several times a week 😂 & usually it’s fire 🔥 today when I came in the line was long and you guys seemed pretty busy, once I got to the front of the line I realized YOU GUYS HAD ONE EMPLOYEE doing it all? She even rung me UP???? MARIA is a total gem of a human & I hope you guys give her the help she deserves no one should be working alone especially at such a busy location, yes their were other employees but she was the only one putting together the food, adding the toppings & doing check out. You guys make BANK! Please do better and give this girl a RAISE she was killing it and doing a wonderful job, where as others would probably crash out (I know I would) lol sending love and good vibes keep slaying Maria! 💖 sincerely a chipotle addict - Xavi

I asked for quac on my burrito but the container was out and the employee said I could still get some. She refilled the quac, into another container which had brown quac. Then, instead of putting it on my burrito, she went and slowly refilled two other containers of condiment very slowly. Then without saying anything she puts it on my burrito then asks “did you get want it on?” (it was already on the burrito mind you). This would have been fine had the cashier been attentive but a man cut in lin and asked for chips, instead of letting me ring out (i was standing there waiting) she rung him out before me even though he had just come up. My friend and I were in shock with the lack of quality service.

Soooooo much better than Wetmore location. I ordered double meat and queso Blanco on my burrito at both locations. At speedway, it's perfect. Amazing burrito. Wetmore consistently CONSISTENTLY makes it half sized. HALF! Management says it's normal. Not all Chipotle locations are the same. This one is certainly one of my favorites

Been here plenty of times but this is for sure the last, the servings are extremely small. The rice beans and i got the sorriest serving of meat, it wasn't a full spoon and when asked for more its like were asking for a double scoop? Attitude is then given as if it’s a bother to get the full portion. Definitely do not recommend this location.

Food was normal chipotle food, salsa had been sitting for awhile though and was super watery. Cashier was flirting with a customer the entire time and had to ask to be helped. When I had trouble with the card reader not reading my card the first time she started huffing and puffing as it was taking longer than expected. I apologized and finished the transaction as she went on to continue flirting and the person BEHIND me had to ask to be serviced as well. Bad service there. Workers seem distracted. Decent atmosphere, seems light and fun. Napkins and forks weren’t stocked though so had to ask for one. One star because service is most everything for me, the cashier was super rude.

Been years since I d had chipotle. Decided I would get some today. The reviews of this place are legit. I asked for more beans and rice multiple times. She gave me very little every time. Then there was no chicken left. Awesome experience for my first time back in years. Guess I won't be back again.
