I have accompanied this location for a few years and being a Manager of several businesses, I clearly knew how to tell good leadership. Naturally, I observe everyone behind the counter working while in line. I see that a 2nd Assistant General Manager was put in place, that man is nice. I live in the neighborhood, so I drop by this location on the way to work a couple times a week. The staff, especially the manager Ian, is incredibly friendly and efficient. It's always a happy stop, with greetings and laughs. A true pleasure!

Wowwwww such a chewy bagel! Amazing. The bacon scallion cream cheese was mega too. Perfectly toasted bagel and a good healthy amount of spread. Service was also really friendly and fast. Loved it.
