“Honestly I didnt think this place was gonna be that good but wow, its that good! Ended up going two days in a row for breakfast and each time, my choices slapped! Bagels were super tasty and everything paired well together! Their cold brews are good too!“

I did contact the website as suggested in the review, I was contacted promptly with photos of the vents cleaned and painted. We had a positive conversation and I can't wait to return and see the improvements and continue eating at one of my favorite breakfasts places. I know the improvements will keep customers coming back.
Food was decent, store was filthy and the employees act like you are bothering them when you order. I only posted this so the owner would see and have a good deep clean and attitude adjustment.“

“So good! I ate the literal perfect bagel today. Salted bagel, toasted, with dill pickle cream cheese. Sooooo good!“

“If you are looking for an amazing breakfast bagel sandwich this is your spot! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It's been awhile since I had been in the store and the staff let me know what new items have been introduced recently. My go to is the Smokehouse Brisket Breakfast sandwich on a jalapeno bagel. I will not let so much time go by until my next visit. Keep up the great work!

Dietary restrictions: I am not sure all of the precautions that are taken based on dietary restrictions. I did notice there was a sign that said they have cross contamination with peanuts.

Parking: This is in a strip shopping center with ample amount of parking.“

“My wife and I go in on our weekend ritual of coffee and dozen bagels for our boys Dina and her crew are always in a mood that makes the food even better. There were times I'd be angry with the woman and we both forget what we were arguing over after talking with the staff over our orders. We have been going there for several years and have always received the best service and positive vibe from everyone. Thank you Dina and team for being the reason Melissa and I get to spend our mornings with amazing people and always leave us with smiles.“

“We stop in once a week for bagels for our workers! Great quality and always great service from a very friendly staff.
Inside is not really a place to sit and eat, its more of a place to pick up and go, but you can easily go down the street to Willie Blake Community park and enjoy you bagel.“

I was eating here this morning and some guy got weirdly aggressive with the manager Ashley after she was kind enough to give him a heads up about a price change and explained why. Always had great customer service here - shoutout to Ashley for how she handled it! She was professional and kind throughout. Great manager.“

“The everything bagel with guacamole, egg tomato and onion was delicious ♡ Service was good too. Cashier helped me get on to the rewards program and finally after years of coming here... it works. We buy the hazel nut coffee by the bag and make it at home with our Keurig, one cup at a time ❤️“

“The manager (the one with black hair and bangs) gave our friends a compliment and amazing service. She is legit an angel from heaven. Also, the staff was overall very patient and nice because we kept ordering more and they were very accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious as well. “delicious fresh bagels. friendly customer service when I come in. It’s always nice coming here for brunch or lunch when I’m in a pinch. I will say, though that the people making the coffee like the checkout people need to learn how to make a la latte. This is the worst latte I’ve ever had. It literally taste like milk and barely any sweetener for it being a white chocolate pumpkin pie latte. It taste like hot milk.“

“Stopped in for bagels and coffee this week. Bagels tased great as usual. Decaf coffee was bland and tasteless . Used to be great before before Caribou took over. They no longer have the light smear which was great . The smear we had was terrible! Will no longer eat inside ☹️“

“For a facility inside of the UofA, it's a 4/5 stars. Occasionally they get my order wrong (usually when I ask them to take something off of my sandwich they don't) but I think that depends more on the time of day and how busy they are. For the most part the bagels are delicious (the sesame and everything bagels being my favorites) and the breakfast sandwiches are pretty solid. If you're looking for food that parallels quality as well as price, this is a pretty alright option.“

“Great bagel sandwich for a reasonable price. For about $10, you get a freshly-made sandwich, which is a steal compared to other airports.
Service is a bit slow, and you have to order with a touch screen, which makes it difficult to customize things and get extra toppings. I eat here most every Friday and have yet to have the extra onions or extra tomatoes show up on my sandwich. But it is still a good sandwich on a delicious, fresh bagel.
The smoked salmon sandwich is amazing, highly recommended.“
