I really want to like this place but usually end up disappointed. Staff seem very unorganized and there is usually a long wait time. The bagels are always very hard to eat. Rubbery and difficult to chew. I also asked for an assortment of bagels when I ordered a dozen and the girl gave me almost all plain bagels.

The bagels were good, my issue with this location is the service and the seating area...the lady pictured was grumpy and rude to my friend and others. The guys behind the counter didn't seemed very organized, one person asked for a ham and cheese bagel, one guy said we don't have those when it is clearly on the menu board. Best little bagel shop , I got the western brisket on a jalapeño bagel , quick bite, full flavor , definitely recommend for anyone on the go that wants a homemade flavor bite. Pricey but the food speaks for itself. Would love to see an iced tea bar and juices vs a coffee bar , fountain soda machine and room temp iced tea machine sitting idle catering style but overall delicious food.
