The biggest thing I seen was the customer service.I know workers can get overwhelmed.This was my first time ordering here because I do not live in the area but work.Also please make sure customer's are not missing anything.It is the small things that make customer come back.I was missing my salad dressing,could not do anything when I got home because I live close to casa grande.

This place over charges for the portions. I've been to other chipotles that are better at portioning. Another thing is how rude the service is at the drive thru. I tried to ask a question and was ignored. I waited and the girl behind the window saw me there and walked away. A minute later she came back and finally asked if everything was okay.
The sauce cups were abysmally underfilled by the "caring and attentive" staff! See photo.

I just went in for dinner for myself and 3 kids. I ordered 2 bowls and 2 kids meals. As I’m ordering, I had to keep repeating myself as the girl kept saying “huh”. As I was telling her the items for the kids meals she gave me half scoops and barely put any food for the kids meals, if you aren’t charging half price then give the correct amount. I ordered soft tacos, she heated the tortillas and didn’t put them in foil. So the tortillas now that we are eating are hard and dried out. As I was saying things about everything she caught an attitude. I let it go because this is the chipotle before getting to my house. At checkout i ordered lemons, mind you I just got 4 meals, the cashier said she can only give me 1 slice…for 4 meals we are suppose to share 1 lemon slice. She then got an attitude because i said that was ridiculous. Then when she gave me my drink cup, she put her fingers all inside the cup. Had my kids not been set on chipotle, I would have walked right out at that point. I won’t be coming back to this location.

They were giving portions smaller than the spoon they were using to serve. When asked for more double the chicken they only added one piece of chicken. This is unacceptable and I'm disgusted on how I paid over $33 for my order when I could have easily made it myself. I will not be returning to this location because you hire irresponsible children who lack respect for the customers and loyalty to the company. The employees were more in a hurry than the customers were causing in error in judgement when it comes to quality vs quantity. The entire place of filthy from the tables to the floor and the sofa machine was just appalling.
