I originally did not have the greatest review of this place the first time I tried it. This is my second time giving it a chance and I have to say I’m extremely impressed. First of all whoever made my food tonight thank you! This person deserves a raise!! This is the first time it’s been portioned generously and correctly without ripping me off. It was put together in a way that showed you cared! Everybody was polite and friendly. And it being around the holidays? I really did not expect good service and I am just super happy with you guys, thank you!

I love chipotle, and this location was not good at all.The girl in the back of the counter was very fast but rude.Didn't let me finish my order before she was putting stuff in my bowl and the cashier gave me stale chips that tasted like cardboard

I was heading in to work nightshift at 10:37pm on December 13th, and I stopped to pick up dinner on my way. In spite of the fact that it was a few minutes before closing time, the employees were friendly, recommended their latest deals, and there was plenty of fresh food, which surprised me since they were so close to closing time. Great service! And kudos to the staff on shift that night for being so welcoming when I'm sure they were just ready to get home themselves!

This location is amazing! Friendly and helpful staff, good food and perfect size portions. I usually go to chipotle on the other side of town but I tried this one on a whim and I’m glad I did. This is my new favorite
Friendly employees but very inconsistent with serving sizes. The honey chicken was the best thing they had and now it’s gone.

This is the best Chipotle in tucson, the meat has no fat and is full of flavor and not overcooked and seasoned perfectly compared to other locations this is the best one.

The atmosphere is crappy, but the food is great and they do a lot of take out! I always get their bowls, as I can usually get 2 meals out of one of them. So.e of the staff is friendly. Some not so much,but I really do like the food! And parking is ok if you don't go when they are super busy!

Always consistent. Not bad. Not great but still good at tacos after ordering a lifestyle bowl and tacos out of it and it was acting really good. The hack with the vinaigrette and chipotle vinaigrette and the sour cream amazing
