Today I picked up an order to go. The lady at the window extremely rude. The bag had a rip in it so I asked for another one, it’s like it made her mad and she was just so rude when handing it to me. When we get to eating our food we couldn’t even eat it due to it being so spicy. We got bowls but nothing on our bowl was spicy we didn’t even get anything stating if it was hot or medium. I always get the queso and I couldn’t even eat it, it wayy to spicy. I called to talk to manager about it and I was told there was not one available, weird I thought every shift have a manger. This is crazy this chipotle is no good, go to better rated one!

Consistently the WORST chipotle in Tucson. I’ve been here 15 times and each time it’s terrible. I asked for half and half meat dining in. They gave me a quarter for each portion! Instead of full portion I got half of half meat portion. It seemed the worker was aware of this and was moving nervously while robbing me of my portion. To compensate for loss in portion size, she proceeded to load it up with cheese, tomato’s lettuce to give the appearance it’s a bigger burrito than it actually is. The salt to the wound was most of my chicken being burnt.
I also had chips & queso with my order and they were completely stale and the queso portion was absolutely ridiculous, the cup was half full!

They were out of chips, and had no substitute. But I still got the quac. And went to the gas station for a bag of chips. So it was ok.

We just left with our order. Even though we had multiple bowl orders the two staff serving had different scooping sizes. My husband’s bowl was significantly smaller than mine. He also asked for the honey chicken, the staff looked at the honey chicken then scooped him regular chicken even though our son got honey chicken. The staff didn’t ask what drinks my kids wanted nor did they offer the fruit option instead of chips. They ASSUMED sodas even though my kids wanted chocolate milk. Bad costumer service. Managers please not the people working on July 4, 2025 at 2 pm. The person with the lead trainer hat was friendly but the other staff are an issue!

Almost everything is gluten-free and prepared safely. Great food, healthy options. A step up from most fast-food places.
I ordered on the app so I could pick it up. When I arrived my order wasn't there it had been given to somebody else. I had to wait for them to remake everything. I didn't receive an apology or even an acknowledgment that I shouldn't even have to wait. Would have been nice if maybe they would offer chips and salsa or guacamole or something for my trouble. But nope nothing.
