I'm a coffe-holic, and the buzz around Chocolate Iguana had me curious so.... I decided to give them a try. The atmosphere and esthetics walking in looked promising. so I was excited to try them out. Since I'm not a fan of liquid sweeteners, I opted out of my usual iced vanilla latte and instead ordered a 4-shot espresso over ice with room for cream. I've been a fan of this place since I was a kid. Over the years it had been more and more difficult for me to make my way down to the location on 4th ave, but now that it is at La Cholla this place has been a great joy to rediscover again.
I love coming here with my partner for weekly coffee! The lady is so sweet when we come in! Definitely now a regular! Coffee is great and the food is delicious! I highly recommend getting coffee here!!
