I absolutely love this store, i always come here on saturdays and the manager Hamza is the nicest person ever. He is always polite and always gets my order right, if anything is wrong he is more than willing to fix it without any pushback, the crew is extremely fast and efficient and i always get my order on time.
Not "Freaky Fast" today. Yes I went during the lunch hour rush but it should not have taken over 23 minutes to get two sandwiches. According to my receipt I ordered at 12:34 and checked my phone as I was walking out and it was 12:58. The employees were nice and the food was good but the whole reason I chose Jimmy John's today was for a "Freaky Fast" lunch and it just didn't happen.
