Saw a lot of people next door grabbing pizza from here, so I decided to stop in and give it a try. Iām really glad I did. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and you could really taste the difference that the wood-fired oven makes. The crust had the perfect texture with a great smoky flavor, and everything tasted fresh and well made. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.
We hired Ciao Down to serve pizza as a late night snack at our wedding and they did not disappoint. Zach was fun and easy to work with. We made a last minute change and asked if he could bring the pizzas from the truck into the venue and he was so great about it. Our guests LOVED the pizza, of course the Snake Bite being everyone's favorite. He even made our guest with an allergy a gluten free pizza!
