Wait is ridiculously long. It is it not difficult to create procedures and flow that lead to efficiency in drink making. Every other coffee shop seems to have it figured out. Coffee is good.
i ended up grabbing a 16oz iced latte with salted caramel syrup and let me tell you, it had the best salted caramel taste i have ever had! it came to around $8 after tip which seemed reasonable. both times i went they almost completely sold out of all pastries which was unfortunate, so definitely come early if you want to try one. the customer service was great and this is a nice place to try if you need a pick me up. definitely got brownie points for having the best bagels (bubbes)!
The sweetest people, truly kind and always happy to see you (and your dogs). Great coffee, well stocked food options from top local spots. I challenge any coffee drive thru anywhere to match it.
