Came here recently and tried out a waffle cone with the new caramel apple flavor. Was super disappointed that I was handed a cone with already melted ice cream. It was literally soup texture... I even watched the poor girl that put together my cone struggle to put it in the cone... is the freezer broken or something?

Came here due to having received a BOGO email. However, the girl literally wanted to argue that I should have printed it out so I wouldn't be able to use it again....ummm, it didn't have a bar code anyway? Then said customers shouldn't be getting reward emails? I only get their crazy expensive ice cream like once a year, so I had no plan to try to use it again, but if it states one per visit, sounds to me like you could use it any time you visit before the expiration date. Whatever-- the point was she held up a whole room of customers to try calling two different managers....as if I was trying to get one over on her. I simply wanted to use the offer that was sent to me. It was unprofessional to make a big deal about it and to act like she was doing me a favor by letting me use the coupon the company sent me. No one prints deal emails anymore, nor is it stated one would need to do so. Won't be back, obviously!

Horrible I called in About my application to be told the managers not in and then hung up on only to proceed to call back in the hopes of an accident to be hung up on 3 more times big let down management might want to figure out why employees don’t want customers talking to management

I am so disappointed with cold stone creamery! I've been going to Cold stone creamery for many years used to be my favorite place to go. I would get a shake, and I used to look forward to getting a shake. I have been 3 different cold stone screamers and all of their shakes are liquity. I would rather go to dairy queens because their ice cream is thick. And i'm soo disappointed with cold stone creamery. They have gone down hill with with the quality of ice cream. I will not go back to Cold Stone Creamery. I used to go to them twice a week to get a shake. But they have lost me as a client!.

Friendly staff. The shop was not as clean as I would have liked, but there's a lot of foot traffic in this plaza which might explain this. My guess is this is likely since they're so busy all the time. Very nice staff overall.

I got a large chocolate with chocolate shavings, brownie & chocolate sauce. I asked of it had the chocolate core and was assured it did... but, alas she neglected to add the core. So disappointed

Ordered over the raindough which comes with cookie dough and Oreo cookies and cream. No cookie dough. Whipped cream I didn't ask for. AND I asked for it in a cone and I got it in a bowl with a waffle cone in it. Not what I wanted // needed to end a long day of traveling.
