Came here due to having received a BOGO email. However, the girl literally wanted to argue that I should have printed it out so I wouldn't be able to use it again....ummm, it didn't have a bar code anyway? Then said customers shouldn't be getting reward emails? I only get their crazy expensive ice cream like once a year, so I had no plan to try to use it again, but if it states one per visit, sounds to me like you could use it any time you visit before the expiration date. Friendly staff. The shop was not as clean as I would have liked, but there's a lot of foot traffic in this plaza which might explain this. My guess is this is likely since they're so busy all the time. Very nice staff overall.

Came here recently and tried out a waffle cone with the new caramel apple flavor. Was super disappointed that I was handed a cone with already melted ice cream. It was literally soup texture... I even watched the poor girl that put together my cone struggle to put it in the cone... is the freezer broken or something?
