Wonderful service from marcio, I hope that's the right name it's on the receipt. Super sweet and helpful. We left a different location do to poor service so happy we ended up here.
I don't know why the recent reviews are so harsh, because this is one of the best Cold Stones I've ever been in. The bathroom is always really clean and smells good, the table tops are usually very clean and the staff are always kind and patient. My one critique is that there are sprinkles on the floor here and there but it's not grubby in here by any stretch of the imagination. Great experience today at this Cold Stone location. Marce was friendly, kind and patient as my daughter and I took a long time choosing our flavors. Truly appreciated his attitude and customer service.
