I don't know why the recent reviews are so harsh, because this is one of the best Cold Stones I've ever been in. The bathroom is always really clean and smells good, the table tops are usually very clean and the staff are always kind and patient. My one critique is that there are sprinkles on the floor here and there but it's not grubby in here by any stretch of the imagination. I recommend going here if you're in the mood for ice cream over some other places,...

Great experience today at this Cold Stone location. Marce was friendly, kind and patient as my daughter and I took a long time choosing our flavors. Truly appreciated his attitude and customer service.

Got an ice cream cake from here and didn’t realize till I got it home that it was covered in feeezer burn / ice crystals and there was liquid just swishing around in the tray trough. Stuff was smeared all over the cake plate. Kinda nasty for $48
