The fact that they have "no sugar options", Ice cream isn't really a diabetic's friend, but this no sugar added makes for an occasional treat that is absolutely decadent!I miss that the newish owners ditched Square Really boggles the mind since it was already setup.Challenge now is to pace the cheating with ice cream!

The girl with colorful eyelashes took 30 minutes just for my one order of ice cream. When I politely asked her about my order she gave me an attitude.
I usually have a good experience at this location but I came in yesterday to get my usual and I got served by a new girl Payton. Her attitude left a bitter taste in my mouth and you could just tell she made her peers uncomfortable in the work environment. The ambiance in the store just felt unwelcoming the second I walked in. Very unprofessional.

Reported the Franchisee location on Harrison/22nd to both Headquarters and the BBB for scamming and turning off their phones. Dont bother with this location. Hopefully it will either be shut down, or under a new owner who actually WANTS to hear from customers and cares.

It's been far too long since we visited Cold Stone. Even though we moved and this store is father than another, it's such a pleasure that we continue to patronize it. The service is always prompt, helpful, patient, and they're expert ice cream mixologists. The restroom is always clean as are the tables both indoors and out. Speaking of the outdoors, that's what makes this store so special. It has a large patio with lots of tables and, while there is traffic passing beyond the parking lot, the patio feels cozy and secluded. Your gaze is automatically drawn to the Catalinas. We've eaten outdoors year 'round at this location. It's shaded from the sun and usually receives a pleasant breeze. Only extreme weather keeps us from enjoying our expertly blended I've cream concoctions on the patio. I have and will continue to recommend this location to all ice cream lovers!

It's ice cream....not gold.... I was getting the oreo cream with my ice cream and it was great and suddenly it stopped being available and now it's just bla wo it. I'm just saying as expensive as it is. I want a golden spoon.... a small 9? 1 scoop just 1 for 9$ ?

Great job on order #16018500203511809! I let my son order his own birthday cake, and I was mortified when I saw he had 13 different flavors, toppings and specifications! But somehow you made it look great and taste delicious. Thank you!
