Love this place reminds me of when I was a kid living in Philadelphia, which is the real home of the Philly Cheese steak, along with the best hoagies in the world….. sorry Jersey it’s just a fact ….

I ordered online at the wrong store twice and used my points the second time. For my stupidity I accepted that I lost my points (and sandwich) and figured that was that. To my utter shock Shanda, the store manager, went above and beyond to get my points back without me asking! This is the type of thing you NEVER see these days and I was left thinking wow, what a great manager and well run establishment. Shanda you made my day, THANK YOU!
