I ordered online at the wrong store twice and used my points the second time. For my stupidity I accepted that I lost my points (and sandwich) and figured that was that. To my utter shock Shanda, the store manager, went above and beyond to get my points back without me asking! This is the type of thing you NEVER see these days and I was left thinking wow, what a great manager and well run establishment. Shanda you made my day, THANK YOU!

I've ordered several different sandwiches at different times. The staff is always cheerful and welcoming. I'm just not a fan of the food. Bread tastes stale, and the sandwiches as a whole were just blah.I'll chalk it up to me being a picky eater, but after several occasions of being unsatisfied I have to write them off. Sorry!

Great food just wish if I am missing each time to add extra additional toppings to you're sub sandwich if you are able to do so which still unsure if I miss it each time or if only certain sub sandwiches you may choose what and what not to place on your sub sandwichI will have to take photos the next time I visit thereVegetarian options: I had clearly seen there had been a vegetarian sub sandwich as an option or possibly a few and from my opinion looked great and honestly planned to order that specific reading over the menu subs sandwiches but then had realized reading over the menu again that it had been labeled a vegetarian meatless sub sandwich lol sounded really good though hahKid-friendliness: I don't see why not cannot quite remember if had noticed or seen a kids menu i will have to check that out next time for you guys

I started ordering from this location during the pandemic and every experience was great. The sandwiches are tasty, and the employees are friendly.Recently, I ordered online and my order charged to my card but the order never showed up at the location. I contacted the store, confused but kind of expecting to just be out the money. I know how hard it is to resolve online issues for franchisees. To my surprise and satisfaction, I was contacted by Shanda who not only fixed the issue, but persisted for days to do so.I've never been so happy with customer service as this experience. I'm happily a loyal customer for service and food that exceed my expectations.

While this location is clean and everyone is working hard, there are issues. I'm STILL waiting for the owner/manager to call me re: my misordering! As I pointed out in my complaint to the company TWICE When ordering on Door Dash they should accept all the items as presented, and then ask for exceptions.TWICE I received Big Kahuna's with only meat and cheese. Those are $23 subs for God's sake! They are the only one that offers a wheat roll, but I'm now passing on them entirely. Any store that can't reach out to disgruntled patrons is not a store worth patronizing!
