Incredible customer service!
The food was amazing, as it always is at every Five Guys I’ve visited. The only issue was the vanilla shake—it just wasn’t very flavorful and tasted more like sweet milk than a vanilla shake.
The dining area could also use some attention. It wasn’t busy when we arrived, yet more than half of the tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned. Overall, the food was great, but the cleanliness of the dining area could definitely be improved.

I was just here 2 weeks ago, and the same guys from my last review are working right now at the Broadway and Craycroft location 8/13 at 11:54am, they continue to be awesome, super friendly and personable. It's refreshing dealing with someone in the fast food industry that doesn't make it seem like they hate being at work like other places. These guys are truly awesome 👌

Five Guys is an incredible fast food burger joint that offers a wide range of free additions, including fried onions and mushrooms, to customize your burger. The food is consistently good, and the service is usually friendly and polite. The staff, including Derion, Christopher, Omar, and Alicia, are known for their friendly, fast, and positive attitude, making the experience even better. Although it's a bit pricey for fast food, it remains a great option for a quick lunch. The restaurant has a clean and comfortable dining area, making it a kid-friendly establishment. The burgers are always delicious, and the fries are a favorite. While some customers have noted that the current food supply issues can affect what is available, overall, Five Guys offers high-quality burgers and fries that beat other fast-food chains like McDonald's.
