I was just in on a Sunday afternoon where a young lady (Jae) was working all alone (shame on you Cold Stone management). As the lobby steadily filled up with people, Jae continued working steadily and efficiently. She was friendly and professional despite the stressful situation before her. Our order was completed with accuracy and packaged perfectly.
There's a ton of bad reviews here but I had a great experience. I mean yes they're new and working out the kinks but their ice cream was not melting or bad quality. I will definitely stop in again and see how they continue to improve ???? everyone starts somewhere! ????????.Update: had some fantastic ice cream today with no complaints!! Still going strong, keep it up!

He was super nice, respectful and had such a great attitude the whole time we were there. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job and treating people well. It’s honestly refreshing to see. He made our visit a really good experience.
