Is there another number I can call? Every time I call no one ever answers.

I ordered the brisket combo. The meat is so tender and tasty. The two sides are just as good. I highly recommend stopping and getting some of this great BBQ! Great service as well!!!! I'll definitely become a regular!!!!

This was by far the worst bbq I’ve ever had. I got the ribs and pulled pork sandwich with Mac n cheese from the Food truck roundup in Sahuarita. All the food was ice cold, as-if it was pulled out of a refrigerator and served directly into the container. Leaving the membrane on the ribs before smoking was lazy and made an already bad rib even worse. Bun wasn’t toasted, literally fell apart when I picked it up, and the “pulled pork” was just large chunks (with weak sauce and seasoning). Mac n cheese was bad, it didn’t help that it was ice-cold in the center. Complete waste of money, very disappointing. Would not recommend.

They were okay. Not what we prefer. Tried the Mac & cheese, ribs, and sausage. It is bbq not smoked meats, ribs are boiled, Mac was dry, pork was good, beans out of a can. A little more effort and they could be really good the talent is there.

I have a passion when it comes to BBQ and this truck didnt disappoint! I ordered the loaded brisket Mac n cheese. It was a huge serving of Mac n cheese topped with brisket, ranch, and BBQ sauce. It was a solid 10/10. We also got an order of spare ribs with fries and smoked beans. The beans were to die for. Fries were seasoned to perfection. Ribs a solid 8/10. I am not much of a spare rib person personally I like baby backs more. These ribs pulled perfectly from the bone and had a fabulous smoke flavor. Overall I fully recommend this food truck and can't wait to get it again! Owner is such a nice guy and so passionate about BBQ we spoke for a while and it was great!

We previously ate here and I would have given them 4 stars eating the melt in your mouth brisket, pork and collard greens. The beans were only average at best However, they came out to our community with a few other food trucks, yesterday, and a bunch of my neighbors HAD the brisket and said it was really tough. I was bummed cuz I was looking forward to eating it. Idk what happened but I passed on it this time. Need more consistency please. Maybe next time?

It was just OK. The portion size wasn't bad for the price. I open the box and to my disappointment the ribs were covered in sauce. My second thought was what are they hiding by covering? I picked up a rib and it got worse. The rib was so overcooked I was unable to handle it as a rib. They were too salty too. The sides of collard greens and Mac & cheese were average at best. They were given 3 stars as I understand it's a challenge to run a food truck.

There were a couple food trucks at my workplace and the other was sold out of what I wanted, so I went to this food truck. Initially, I wasn't in the mood for BBQ, but after I started eating I was content with meal. I was crunched for the as my lunch break was almost over, but they were able to get my food ready in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered a meat only dish, the brisket, which was good though I wish there was a little less fat on the meat, or it was cooked a bit longer (like good Asian pork belly where it turns translucent and kinda gelatinous). I love family owned businesses, and would be happy to try some other dishes on their menu in the future.

Living in a community in the middle of nowhere this truck comes out for events. My son had them once and said their loaded Mac n cheeses was super good. So the next time they were here I said alright I'll give it a try. Now every-time they come up we have to have it. We get the loaded Mac n cheese with pulled pork and BBQ sauce. The portions are so big and so worth the money you pay for it. Nothing about this food is dry.

This food truck comes out to Red Rock every once in a while for the Red Rock food truck round-up event. I had been craving BBQ for a while so we decided to go visit and see what was available. As soon as I saw they had ribs I was sold. I ordered their ribs + 2 sides combo plate, with sides of mac and cheese and smoked baked beans. Their portions are huge! I got 3 giant ribs plus a heap of mac and cheese. They skimped a little on the beans but I'm sure my stomach will thank me later All in all though, everything was great. The mac and cheese was a bit dry but otherwise good. The ribs are wonderful and the sauce on the ribs is so good. I'm looking forward to when they come back to Red Rock...I will be visiting them again!

I've lived in St. Louis, so I know BBQ. This IS NOT BBQ. The ribs I ordered from the truck in front of Big Lots were precooked from a few days before with bottled sauce sloshed on top. They were dry and had this strong horribly noxious taste of lighter fluid. Disgusting. The collard greens were from a can. Disgusting, cold, acidic, and flavorless. The macaroni and cheese was the only edible thing I got, but wasn't that good anyway. Cold and boring.I literally cannot get the taste of lighter fluid out of my mouth and throat and it's been a few hours since I ate their food. I would suggest you ditch the lighter fluid and use a chimney starter. This place is just nasty!!!
