This was by far the worst bbq I’ve ever had. I got the ribs and pulled pork sandwich with Mac n cheese from the Food truck roundup in Sahuarita. All the food was ice cold, as-if it was pulled out of a refrigerator and served directly into the container. Leaving the membrane on the ribs before smoking was lazy and made an already bad rib even worse.
