Our server Ashley was one of the best I’ve had eating out in a long time! She definitely started our day on such a wonderful note! We tried the new French toast that’s soaked in vanilla with cheesecake in it, fresh blueberries & strawberries on top and is was FANTASTIC!!

I took my family for breakfast. My wife’s French toast and chicken were fantastic and hot however the rest of the food was cold. The butter could not melt on the pancakes so we exchanged for warm ones and our appetizer never came out. Ever. So we had our server cancel it. In the end my daughter took a bite of her pancakes and pulled hair out of her mouth. We called the MOD David who did not have the time to make it up to our family. He only said “sorry bout that” and rushed off. We weren’t trying to get a discount as the pancakes were free. We simply wanted new warm pancakes for my daughter and that’s wasn’t an option nor offered. I understand this is a chain restaurant and complaints do not matter but someone needs to hear this. Courtesy and customer service is no longer a thing.

One order was fine. The other order didn't come out right. The scrambled eggs came out good. Except the sausage patty came out a little raw after asking for well done. The French toast came out very thin, and the texture was buttery like weird. Sent it back for a well-done sausage patty. Pancakes instead of French toast. The patty came back well on one side and still raw in the middle, and the pancakes came out not fluffy and weird texture like the French toast. Also had charded stuff left on the grill on the bottom of the pancakes. very disappointed. The manager apologized and voided the bill.

The service was great but the food just seemed "okay" . Not what I remembered. I always loved eating there but this time it was just "ok"
We ordered Easter catering dinners and we live quite a ways away. I asked 3 times to make sure everything was there. They assured me it was. We drove all the way home only to find that the pies were not there. So mad right now. Gas is so expensive we paid over 400 dollars for the meal and then we have to travel back and forth to pick up pies. After I asked them to make sure it was there.

Cracker Barrel's food is fantastic. You could order just about anything on the menu and it'd be delicious. Additionally, all the waiters and waitresses are super friendly. The interior is decorated with various antique items, so it's pretty fun to just look around at the walls sometimes.Additionally, the store inside is great too- they sell stuff ranging from clothing and accessories to kids' toys to decor.Always a safe pick for breakfast or brunch!
