Brittan needs to get a raise or be promoted or both. I’ve been going to Crumbl for years but this was my first time at this location. She has the best attitude of any Crumbl employee I’ve ever met. I can tell she is a hard worker and cares about the service she provides just from my short interaction with her. I also watched her help two other customers and she was just as amazing to them as well. My pink frosted donut cookie was so fresh and it was perfect....
I love the weekly variety. My kids love all the options and each one is so unique and delicious. We always order ahead so most the time we have no communication with anyone just there for the cookies.
Totally overpriced at $5.00 per cookie. TBH I really don't understand the hype... you stand in line to order on a screen and then stand and wait in the tiny lobby till they call your name. The people who work there are really friendly, but you don't have any human interaction until they call your name. The cookies are not all that great, I would prefer the center to not be so gooey, and the level of sweetness is just a bit much.
