We had an early dinner at the neighborhood Culvers. I had the Wisconsin Patty Melt & my wife had the Single Butterburger combo plate with a concrete mixer for later. The food arrived quickly and correct from a delivery person that was pleasantly professional. A very good experience all around.

Your employees were great at asking questions and being kind. Culvers as a business needs to do better.

1. Let your employees forward feedback! Don't put that on your customers.
2. Bring back mac and cheese.
3. Reduce the calories of your chicken sandwich back to 600.

The chicken salad here is better than at a nearby restaurant. Employees smile & are polite. Extra service at the table is polite & fast. I brought a friend here for lunch and she was impressed. She's hard to impress, too.
