They were out of cabbage, didn’t tell us until I asked for it not to be on my sons. It would’ve been nice to offer something else in replace, kimchi, or veggies or something to add some variety in the bowl. The food was good besides that. But the place is really dirty and needs to be cleaned.

I LOVE Cupbop, the food is amazing, the Customer Service is stellar, and every time I go, it's an all around good time literally EVERY time. The only problem I has is the AC temperature, but that doesn't bother me much at all.

We're visiting tucson for the first time and came accross this restaurant and immediately tried it! Analise qssisted us and basically explained everything to us even suggested some recomendations and all time favorite which we really appreciate! Thank you!!!
